Refund policy
RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom orders but if you are unhappy for any reason we promise to make it right! We do accept returns or exchanges on stock items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method if you simply follow the instructions in your order confirmation email.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Refunds should appear within 3-5 business days after your return is delivered back to us.
